How am I different from other real estate sales people?

While legally in Ontario I can only call myself a Sales Representative, I function as a Real Estate Consultant.  My job is not to sell you anything,  but to work with you to find the best home for you, or help you sell your home with minimal stress, at the best price possible.

Experience

My entire working life has been spent in working with clients to help fulfill their needs.  First in Retail (Warren’s, Warren’s House of Britches, R.W. Kids) and now as a REALTOR® serving the public.  I have many years of negotiating, marketing and life experience.

Communication

I have chosen  to limit the number of clients I work with at one time, so that I can work with them all one on one. When you call, you will talk to me directly not an assistant or associate.  I'm happy to communicate with you in the manner that is most convenient and comfortable to you... phone, e-mail or text.
